The 2012 year was an eventual point in company development and growth. We have doubled our production capacities by implementing latest profile extrusion technology and upgrading our dies park. Our own R&D department is in charge of developing, testing product as well as assisting in production process ensuring strict product implementation control since the stage of its development till its full launch.
Numerous test and revisions are carried out to guarantee high-quality profiles which correspond to Ukrainian and European standard criteria.

MIROPLAST facilities are able to extrude up to 5870 ton of PVC profile per month. Based upon latest extrusion lines and tools from branch tooling leaders like THEYSOHN EXTRUSION, AMUT, GREINER, WEBER we work a year round to deliver our product timely to each of our partners.

QUALITY CONTROL
QUALITY GUARANTEED
Quality control involves testing profiles and determining if they are within the specifications for the final product. To check it we ensure a row of different tests in our own certified laboratory:
Quality starts from raw materials, so we study all batches of incoming materials starting from PVC itself ending the packaging film.
During extrusion process we constantly follow all indexes on automated lines and take samples of produced profiles and gaskets each 3 hours to check up profile plasticization, profile gloss and configuration, corner welding, ext.
The quality of MIROPLAST profiles has been confirmed by State Quality Authorities.
