On June 13, in the framework of the educational program “Navigator in Professions” MIROPLAST was visited by young prospective professionals.

The guests were met by Territorial Tales Manager Andrey Solop and he held a presentation in which he paid much attention to the organizational structure of the company and the professional features of each job position in the enterprise, told how the company began and what peaks it has reached as for today.

 

After the presentation, an excursion to production was planned. Deputy Head of the PVC Profile Production Department Anatoliy Bunchuk, who has been working at  MIROPLAST for almost 10 years, lead the guests through the office and production, detailing the important aspects of the work of each department and workshops. Most of all the children were impressed by the quality control laboratory, where our experienced Process Engineer Denis Komlichenko together with the guests tested PVC profile by means of measuring equipment.

Despite the fact that the visit to our company was final in the “navigator”, children were listening  attentively and were asking questions actively.

MIROPLAST Company supports such events, helping young people understand what can be achieved by choosing a profession to their liking. It is especially important for us, that the children could understand, that in their native country there are opportunities for successful career development, because they are our future,  that we will be proud of.
