Miroplast Business School provides training in Kazakhstan
On April 24- 28 field seminars were held in Kazakhstan for the partners of MIROPLAST LLC. The initiator of the event was TOO ARSI GROUP. The participants of the seminars in Uralsk, Shymkent and Almaty were directors and sales managers of the companies, which produce PVC profile windows.
Training within the frames of Miroplast Business School program is very important in the context of the window products market in Kazakhstan, which is currently at the stage of active development. It is dominated by small and medium-sized companies, sales strategy through dealer networks and specialized salons is being formed. Topics and materials, which the Head of Miroplast Business School Alexei Kozin introduces at the training, allow partners to develop faster and work professionally. Alexey teaches to identify correctly the client’s need, make an individual proposal that would meet the requirements of any customer, while placing emphasis on the technical advantages of the product.
In the process of comprehensive training, provided by Miroplast Business School, great attention was paid to the issues of marketing analysis, system for analyzing the factors that affect window sales was considered, and also SWOT analysis was carried out using case studies as examples.
